Bubblegum

I wish I had fair hair so I could dye it a bubblegum colour, that would be so sweet! But I have dark hair so it would look weird :(
These are some of my inspiration photos for bubblegum hair and bubblegum coloured outfits.
I really like the 3rd photo above, with the model wearing a woolly jumper with her bubblegum hair, it looks so cosy and reminds me a lot of Miss Unkon's latest collection (which I want so badly!!)
I wish I could have the lilac faux fur jacket from Burberry s/s10 aswell.

Wedding Bells

It's been all over the news but I can't help but post a photo from the royal wedding, it was so sweet! I went along to watch, along with the millions of people who were there lining the streets leading up to Buckingham Palace. It was so busy that when the carriages went past with Catherine and William, the Queen etc it was impossible to see, but after jumping up and down and my mum lifting me up a bit I managed to catch a glimpse of Catherine for a split second as she waved our way. Using the British label Alexander McQueen for her dress was perfect - her dress Sarah Burton designed made her look part of the royal family instantly and the lace was beautiful.

I love this photograph Catherine of her sister Pippa before they go into the Abbey, a quick glimpse back and the next time you come out you'll be a Princess!

Animal Ambulance

I love my new top from urban outfitters! I feel like running around shouting bee boo bee boo animal ambulance! Haha I dont usually wear stuff like this so a style upgrade is in the air! (Ps i wouldnt usually style this with my red house shoes, they do look a bit odd, plus I'm still a bit ill so not looking the best haha!) The view out of my window today was so pretty aswell as its been so lovely and sunny today :)
Hope its sunny where you are too!

Miss Unkon

I'm in love with Miss Unkon's a/w 11 collection, I only just found out about them from another blog! They're an Australian brand, who are still new to the fashion world. If like me you love your girlyness but with quirky aspects then you will loooove Miss Unkon. The name comes from the german word unkonventional, - unconventionality being something which they feel is inside the heart of a girl.

The lilac, lavendar and fleshy pink colour scheme, all experimenting with cuts and layering is what I love about this collection, mixed with the combining of the flowing tails of the dresses with the chunky knitted jumpers. It looks so comfy and relaxed for late summer going into autumn...

My favourite piece is the light lavender, mid thigh dress with the layered scallop edged hem. The rectangle cut outs showing a cheeky bit of flesh make it really unique mixed with the fitted sheer sleeves :)
I wish I could go to Australia and buy everything!
